Happy unofficial summer! Memorial Day has come and gone, hard to believe it’s June already! Half of 2010 has passed us by. It’s been a great year for Aerex, and hopefully for all of you as well.
Our phones have been busy here in the office, and our appointments are filling up very rapidly. We get some customers upset over the fact that we can not get to their home the day they call us with a problem, but we want everyone to know that we do the best we can. In the height of the season our technicians are working very hard to get all their stops done, and as their employer we can not give them more stops than they can handle. We’ve had customers ask us, “If I call ‘insert big name pest control company’ why is it that they can come out the same day?” Our best answer is that they have more technicians readily available with openings. They will take any job they can get their hands on. Aerex is busy in the summer months because we do good service. Our customers are going to call us year after year because they trust us to be able to handle their situation; even if it takes us a few extra days to get to their home.
Lastly, a note to our Evanston and Wilmette customers; you will be seeing a new face in your town very soon. We recently hired a new technician for that route, so next time you call us for service you may be meeting a new Aerex technician. He has 17 years of pest control experience so we’re confident he will do excellent service and represent us well!
