I had a bee's nest under a bush in front of my house. I have roofers working right now and they found it. All the movement churned them up so they were everywhere. I called Aerex and explained and they sent someone over right away so no one gets stung. I couldn't ask for anything better. He put on his bee hood and was done in 10 minutes. All taken care of within an hour.

Had elder bug issue and bugs had taken over our backyard area for about three weeks. I tried home remedies, which did help, but the bugs multiplied by the hundreds. I checked with Aerex to see when my second treatment was scheduled and it was actually almost a month away, but they were able to accommodate me within three days of my call. They came out around 12:30 p.m., and I checked about six hours later, and thousands laid dead all over our yard. The next day, and now two days later, there are a few still around, but you can tell they are weak and dying. Gave four stars because I don't know if we will continue to have this problem this season. This is our second season using this company and will probably use them again next year. We live in Chicago and just started having this problem when we started trimming our maple tree.

No More Centipedes!
As always, a great experience—from making the appt to their arrival at your door. Zack is fantastic; we always ask for him! He offers to remove his shoes, he explains everything he's doing, answers all our questions, and he calmed our fears about creepy centipedes. We use Aerex inside—in spring and fall—and IT WORKS! No more centipedes!! We also added their exterior treatment for the house & garage. No bees or wasps' nests anymore on eaves or porches, etc., and it also helps for other bugs that try to migrate into houses. We're very happy and highly recommend this company. 👍🏼

The guy was a little early, but that was ok with me. We had a ground wasp nest, which he took care of. Jury is still out that it worked because he was just here today. However, they will come back again within the season for free if it didn’t get rid of them. The guy was very knowledgeable about insects.

Techs are all nice. Some go the extra mile automatically. Some you have to ask. But all want to do the job well and completely. The only thing I don’t like is that they expect you to use 2 treatments in one year and if your first treatment is in June, for example, there is no point in having them spray during the winter so you most likely won’t see any bugs then (ants seem to disappear when it gets cold). Still, I think they’ll let you schedule a bit later. Overall great company to work with.
